Specifically, I troubleshoot and assist with third party medical review policy, patient financial matters, and appeals issues. I am responsible for keeping the company up to date on third party matters as they appear throughout the country. I advise management and service personnel on reimbursement and compliance matters through one on one assistance, company wide-training, national seminars and webinars.
