About Kathy Mangan
At the age of 4, my grandmother gave me some radish seeds (immediate gratification, since they grow FAST) and a strawberry plant. I was in charge of keeping these plants alive and thriving. Fast forward to my large garden and orchard and the ability to grow much of the food we eat all year. This process taught me about the importance of foundation (the health of the soil), patience (it all takes the time it takes) and how to be flexible with things outside of our control (a late killing frost).Having a clear understanding of these basic skills and concepts has helped me navigate my life in a way that has been an amazing journey. None of us will always have blue skies and clear sailing and it can be difficult to navigate. I have found great satisfaction in helping individuals and small groups get themselves unstuck by learning to change their minds about how they think things are. As a coach, I help my clients prepare a supportive foundation for all the roles they play in their lives and then work with them to get on and, more importantly, stay on course!
