Lead the Midlothian clinical team as clinic transitioned ownership and treatment model during Brightview\'s initial expansion into Virginia. Advocated successfully to expand the risk assessment used by all company locations to reduce lethality of suicide attempts and risk of completed suicide. Introduce various clinical approaches including solution-focused, strategic family systems, psychodynamic, CBT (including ERP), behavioral activation, NLP, ACT, and psychodrama. Promote individualized training to develop unique interests, creativity, and therapeutic efficacy.
