   Lead the Midlothian clinical team as clinic transitioned ownership and treatment model during Brightview\'s initial expansion into Virginia. Incorporated concurrent SUD/mental health therapy to address PTSD, mood, anxiety, family conflict and other issues. Inculcate the harm reduction philosophy into the treatment team and mileau, including strong collaborative relationships with medical staff, resulting in better treatment engagement, and increased positive feedback from patients. Advocated successfully to expand the risk assessment used by all company locations to reduce lethality of suicide attempts and risk of completed suicide. Introduce various clinical approaches including solution-focused, strategic family systems, psychodynamic, CBT (including ERP), behavioral activation, NLP, ACT, and psychodrama.
