   As the leader of NHTI\'s Business Training Center (BTC), I develop employer partnerships to address workforce development needs in the business, health care, manufacturing, technology, and nonprofit industries. Through customized employee training programs for individual employers to open enrollment training programs for individual community members, my goal is to offer training programs that lead to industry recognized credentials, promotions, employment, and other means of filling the workforce pipeline. Trainings such as apprenticeships offer \"earn while you learn\" opportunities in multiple industry areas and microcredential trainings provide verified documentation of acquired skills and knowledge.
