WAVE is a highly-successful 30+ year joint venture between Worthington Enterprises (NYSE: WOR) and Armstrong World Industries (NYSE: AWI), with annual net sales in excess of $490M. WAVE develops, manufactures and markets ceiling suspension systems, as well as containment solutions for data centers and other controlled and mission critical environments, all sold under the Armstrong brand.As chief legal officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I oversee the legal function for WAVE, and participate in setting strategy for the entire enterprise. I also provide a broad range of strategic and legal advice to WAVE’s Board of Directors and senior executives relating to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, ESG, sustainability, human capital, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, ethics, litigation, and commercial transactions; select and oversee all outside counsel and manage legal spend; and serve as Corporate Secretary, providing the Board with thoughtful consideration of growth and risk outlooks as well as corporate compliance advice and solutions.
