My career is dedicated to representing clients, resolving their conflicts, and helping them mitigate risk. My job is to fully understand their business, build strong trusted relationships, and become a critical business partner. I work together with clients to protect the long-term goals and interests of their business.As an experienced trial attorney, I’ve successfully defended clients against multi-million-dollar lawsuits, protecting their assets, brand, and reputation. As a trained mediator, I strive to facilitate the resolution of conflict in a more creative and beneficial way than a court of law could impose. My goal is always to do what is best for my client, in the most expedient way possible.I work both independently and as a team leader. When dealing with complex litigation, I put together a strong, focused team, lead them in strategy and tactics, and motivate them to tirelessly work together to benefit the client. I’ve demonstrated my extensive legal expertise managing commercial disputes, product liability claims, labeling challenges, personal injury claims, and toxic and mass torts. I have tried cases in both state and federal courts across the country. I’m proud of the many favorable results I’ve obtained for clients. Examples include-Resolving a group of 10 commercial lawsuits collectively seeking $260M and obtaining full dismissal of all claims against my client and an award of costs to my client-Litigation of 63 toxic tort cases against my client over the past five years.
