Input New hires, Terminations and Employee Data changes including promotions, transfers, job changes, salary updates, PTO policies and balances• Manage the eVerify/electronic eI9 process. Meet with new hires to complete Section 2 of eI9• Create and distribute Exit Questionnaires and Exit Interview forms for terminating employees and send out Benefits Transition information, schedule Exit Interviews for HR Advisors.• Respond to Unemployment claims received from Texas Workforce Commission• Import mass updates into ADP including annual Merit increases, mass department changes or HR Advisor updates• Provide Payroll reports for New Hires, Terms & Salary Updates managing the requests for Signing Bonuses for New Hires, Final pay for Terms including PTO & Severance as well as any Retro or Bonus requests that are in conjunction with the Salary/Job Update. Respond to requests for employee reports to managers or HR Advisors• Create new Location codes and EEO Establishment codes in Validation tables of ADP • Manage the Work Authorization for Non-Citizens securing required documentation of work eligibility• Manage the HR Email box and respond to inquiries, reset ADP passwords • Distribute Paychecks, respond to basic employee and manager inquiries• Manage relationship with Offsite storage vendor for HR files• Manage relationship with TheWorkNumber. Provide written Verification of Employment Letters on Company letterhead or complete forms when “theworknumber.com” is unable to suffice• One of the Administrators for our Recognition platform and manage our anniversary award program by partnering with our Recognition vendor• Provide back-up administrative support for Head of Human Resources and HR team, including User Provisioning requests, Invoices, Supplies, phone & calendar & act as approver for HR Conference room requests• Available to assist HR team with special projects
