I build top-performing design sales professionals, teams and strategic partnerships through my extensive knowledge of our target customers, the industry, performance metrics, remote development, motivation and management. I transform those with a desire for more - both seasoned and rookie, solopreneur or large team - into strong, profitable professionals thriving in design sales. As a former award-winning franchise owner who went on to found three additional home-related companies and then transition into a seasoned National Sales Director for major in-home design sales teams, I currently consult, coach, and provide courses and training for large and small businesses in the design industry.
