I am currently serving as the Director of the Alliance for Digital Equity, a grassroots, facilitative leadership-modeled digital equity coalition serving 200+ organizations in all four counties of western Massachusetts, and western Worcester county, housed in the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), under the community anchor umbrella of Baystate Health. The Alliance for Digital Equity\'s network of members and framework focuses key actions that organizations and communities can take to help everyone use the Internet and digital tools, and to enable full participation in democracy and civic life. The Alliance is leading regional and statewide efforts to create deeper collaboration through shared and facilitative leadership, and community-led,\"ground-truthed,\" people-first approaches to digital equity.
