About Kathy Baker

Raised in a real estate family in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Kathy started answering phones and typing contracts in her dad\'s real estate office at the age of 17. She attended university at UW-Stout and then UW-Fox Valley in Wisconsin, where she obtained an associate degree in business. While working as an international business consultant for over 15 years, one of her top clients asked her to get her real estate license to help develop and sell lots in a local subdivision. That launched a 25+ year career in real estate sales of land development, new home construction, condo and residential sales. Further education included earning her designations as a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist; ABR, Accredited Buyer\'s agent and CGB, a Certified Graduate Builder. Kathy often traveled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for more than 30 years and then decided to make a permanent move there in 2018. is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys volunteering both on a local and international level. She volunteers for non-profit organizations by teaching English to students at an orphanage, participating in various outreach missions and bringing donations for the local hospital and children in need.
