About Kathy Waryold
I\'m a Junior at Florida State University, double-majoring in Advertising and Marketing, with a passion for social media marketing, storytelling, and helping brands find their voice.Over the past few years, I\'ve gained hands-on experience across agency, competition, and editorial settings. At Ruckus, an advertising agency in Jacksonville, FL, I interned on the Account and Social Media teams, where I conducted competitive and discovery research, wrote pitches to feature a client\'s podcast in various newsletters, and created social media content for clients across industries. At FSU, I lead the Digital/Social team for our National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) team, where I generate content concepts that align with our campaign\'s strategy. I also serve as the Event Coordinator for FSU Ad Club and support Strike Magazine\'s social media presence on Instagram and TikTok.I\'m motivated by work that creates real connections between brands and the people they serve.
