Kathy Wang has 20 years of experience in providing US tax solutions for multinational enterprises. She spent 10 years in the Toronto US Tax practice, focusing on providing U.S. tax compliance and consulting services to both corporate and partnership clients. Her experience spans various industries including, real estate, manufacturing, government, private equity fund, and technology. She has experience in dealing with U.S. cross-border transactions including merger and acquisitions, due diligence assistance, organizational restructuring and state nexus study.
