Working in the music industry straight out of university taught me how to deal with anything life can throw my way. I\'ve held an executive position at a major record company, traveled the world with a successful band (The Police), lived in the United Kingdom for a decade, been an extra in a Kevin Costner movie, thoroughly enjoyed nine years as a restaurant critic, was a knitting instructor at The Waldorf School in Garden City NY (knitting stimulates hand /eye co-ordination in young children and helps them develop math skills) and spent 20+ years in luxury retail ( Saks Fifth Avenue, Tory Burch and now, Vince). I plan on continuing my education in the School of Life, living every grateful second with enthusiasm, honesty and integrity.I like to call myself an environmentalist, an animal lover, a perfectionist, and a devoted Mom to two fabulous daughters.
