25 YEARS PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE DEFENDING 8 CASES AT TRIAL. Tried three multi-party toxic tort cases in 20••••06. Two verdicts for the defense, one case settled during trial. Medical Malpractice litigation in 2001. Case settled during trial. Products liability case 2001. Defense verdict. Tried two cases involving wrongful termination of a CEO 1996 and 1997. Defense verdicts. Theft of trade secrets case 1995. Case settled the third week of trial favorable to my client. Specialties: Advanced medical terminology, analysis of medical records, and preparation of medical record chronologies. I determine potential needs of a case based on my 25 years of experience analyzing liability and injuries. I will also recommend additional medical records to acquire. I do not need supervision to deliver a professional medical summary. I retired to do part-time contract work reviewing and summarizing medical records from home in May 2018. Available now.
