Accountable for the sales efforts of the Area Directors of Sales resulting in two advancing to the Vice President level. • Accountable to meet and exceed the total revenue for all hotels assigned as well as work with teams to control expenses. • Developed strategic plans for each property and maintain the sales relationship with the assigned ownership groups for the properties. Also, assist hotel teams through renovations and brand name changes.• Work with the Digital Strategy and Revenue Management team to develop effective campaigns to secure revenue for sleeping rooms and associated banquets/catering space.• Work with all brand representatives at Hilton and Marriott to enhance the overall results at each property.
