I believe in banking the old fashion way. People to people. Someone a customer can talk to,get advice from,and trust. With all the different banks out there offering a lot of the same services. You have to ask what makes one different from another…to me it\'s the great personal service, going the extra mile, developing a true relationship with your customers and above all trust. If I feel a product doesn\'t fit, I am not going to offer that to a customer. That\'s how trust is won and relationships are established. I have a total of over 30 plus years in banking and truly know what it means to value a customer.
