ABOUT KATHY ROSE
20 years ago, I joined the Value City Furniture team. It has been a rewarding adventure. I started my journey as a Home Furnishing Consultant and in only 2 months was asked to join the management team as an assistant manager. I worked in the assistant manager role for 14 years in both Dayton locations. In 2014 I became the General Manager of the Beavercreek location. I have prided myself on recruiting and developing a very successful team. We have exceeded all financial expectations while maintaining a family work environment. I am blessed to love what I do.
