With over 25 years of experience in human resources consulting, I have developed best-in-class business strategies, led major tactical initiatives, and designed effective operational solutions that align with key business objectives.My core competencies include talent sourcing, acquisition, and on-boarding, employee relations, workforce planning and strategy, employee performance, terminations, policy compliance, training, benefits and project management.
