Experienced and adaptable manager with over 20 years of leadership in the hospitality industry and a successful pivot into financial technology. I bring a strong foundation in team management, customer service, employee relations, and business operations, paired with a results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.After building a rewarding career in hotel operations—progressing through roles such as Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Experience Manager, Revenue Manager, and General Manager—I transitioned into the fintech space in 2021.
