From the beginning and throughout my career and today as a coach, I\'ve been a direct partner to C-suite and senior leaders. As an executive and life-work coach, speaker, and facilitator, I bridge my two worlds, applying strategic approaches to life and work decisions and practices. With individuals, I partner to navigate inflection points in their life and work or increase their impact as a leader, with a lens of sustainability. For organizations, I coach, speak, and facilitate workshops and training to support team and individual performance and sustainability. In my past lives, I\'ve built businesses, brands, organizations, and processes, serving as a VP Strategy, Brand, and Marketing with CPG and retail companies and working on both the client and agency sides. I\'ve worked within and with Fortune 500 companies and applied that experience in entrepreneurial environments as the co-founder of start-ups and as the chief-of-staff to a founder. This experience enables me to connect high-level strategy with practical execution, applying a disciplined yet agile approach to my work.
