Dweck Properties, Ltd. is an established real estate investment company with over well positioned multifamily units and complementary retail in the DC metro region. Dweck is currently the largest multifamily owner in National Landing, soon to be the new home of Amazon. Building on 50+ years of success in real estate investments, Dweck transitioned to an owner/manager in early 2021.Responsible for the strategy and execution of people processes and policies to facilitate Dweck’s start-up multifamily real estate management company. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, organizational design, and the architecture of cultural components to reflect our values of inclusivity, equity and continuous learning. Responsible for the development and execution of an employee total rewards program to include employee benefits, systems, policies and protocols which support the personal and professional development of team members. Oversee the systems integration process for People Service processes such as payroll, benefits, and the HRIS platform. Develop tools, support and guidance on consistent and transparent people practices which adhere to standards of compliance and represent industry best practices. Serve as a key member of transition team to fully integrate ~250 employees from legacy third party.
