Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers for all departments of Shiloh, working with youth and families. Finding the proper volunteer activities to support the needs of the youth and agency. Create and implement all training materials and policy & procedure manuals. Develop and cultivate relationships with business, faith based and other non-profit communities to support the efforts and needs of the agency. Participate in all community events, coordinate and support all activities for Shiloh. Support the Development Department and assist with fundraising events and activities. Assist with obtaining donations of items needed for agency, tracking and documenting all donations and providing correspondence to donors. Assist with creating flyers and marketing materials for events, create newsletters and social media posts.
