Mrs. Maddock continued to serve as the Executive Director for the Southern Integrated Care ACO and Commercial/Medicaid CIN and was responsible for driving adoption of best practices aimed at better risk stratification (CMS HCC model) and enhanced quality scores (HEDIS/ACO metrics). In the role of ACO Compliance Officer, Kathy ensured the effectiveness of the compliance program through auditing and monitoring; training, credentialing of providers and OIG sanctions.
