ABOUT KATHY KWASNIAK

Hard work are two “four letter words” that are part of my DNA. Entering the employee benefits arena two months out of high school, I grew up in the industry and with the industry. My career includes carriers, a TPA, large national agencies, and independent agencies. Each experience has brought a unique perspective that allows me to build relationships with clients and account stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery fostering long-term success and supporting business growth.My early career grew by spending eight years leading and developing the sales and marketing department with a national, independent TPA where I learned self-funding strategies from the TPA’s President personally. This knowledge base and my desire to excel allowed me to partner with brokers as the self-funded SME to win new business and gain their clients\' trust and confidence. I learned more during those eight years than most people learn in a lifetime. It was a foundation I continue to build on.Today, as an experienced Benefits Advisor, Account Executive, and Operations Leader, I work with employers of all sizes to build customized plans to control costs and enhance employee experience. I execute with strong business acumen, financial expertise, and extensive industry knowledge to partner with clients to achieve their employee benefits objectives.Through the years, I’ve learned that individuals achieve more with collaboration, encouragement, and a common mindset for excellence.
