I was born at Madigan Hospital, now Joint Base Lewis-McChord, to a military family and raised in and around Tacoma, Washington most of my life. I\'m a graduate of Central Washington University with a major in Prelaw and minor in Psychology and bring many years of paralegal experience to the table. I have been in mortgage finance for over 11 years and my biggest production has been through the toughest changes in the mortgage industry. I feel that remaining positive, proactive and knowledgable to guidelines is the key! My production surpassed President\'s Counsel last year and I made Platinum Club. Platinum Club is not achieved by focusing on getting that award, but comes with doing my job and treating people right. With that, awards follow. I am very passionate about helping homeowners and make it a point to listen and do everything to meet their goals with their best interest taken to heart. I\'m very knowledgable in VA, FHA, FHA 203(b) Repair Escrow, FHA 203k & USDA Rural Housing, as well as, conventional Rehab & Construction Loan Lending and HomePath financing. I am extremely passionate about my borrowers and set up the Federal MCC tax credit with all those who quailify to help further benefit them in their homeownership.
