I am currently on administrative leave with a retirement date set for 12/31/2025Major accomplishmentsI started this job as a contractor performing analyst activities to communicate and document reporting requirements for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Eventually I was hired as a federal employee and given responsibilities to lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.• I served as project lead for multiple nationwide reporting projects and hundreds of smaller reporting projects. As the project lead, I coordinated project teams through the software development lifecycle. I have mentored many team members on the practical implementation of project management and stakeholder requirements.• I served as a member of the project team for the Data to Decisions (D2D) 2.0 platform implementation. My primary role was to lead the system integration testing and user acceptance testing project phases. The platform go-live date was March 10, 2025 and after implementation I transitioned to the operations team to focus on user training. The project team used agile methodologies and tools to manage the project.• I developed a project management presentation on the differences between agile and waterfall methodologies and held a training session for my team members- Serving as Contracting Officer Representative for Business Objects licensing and contract support since 2015.
