Introduced an employee engagement and career development program to increase retention and identify high potential employees for further development. Working with the Board, designed workforce planning tools to facilitate rapid expansion of the Company. Established relationships and generated ideas on how to create world class HR services. Evaluated, selected, and implemented an HRIS platform appropriate for the size and growth expectations for the Company. • Evaluated Employee Engagement tools and selected Standout as the most appropriate platform for EAS. Developed training for all managers on the strengths-based assessments and helped each manager provide career paths for their employees. Established the weekly Check In feature to measure employee engagement across teams, locations, and by job titles. This is especially important for EAS, where all corporate employees work remotely. The third, phase engagement surveys provide valuable feedback on areas of improvement for the company. • Developed stay and exit interviews to increase retention. Retention increased by 6% and is higher than industry statistics. • Recruited and developed additional HR team members encouraging continued education and cross training to support the EAS expansion. Trained, assigned, and edited the writing of standard operating procedures for HR so that all processes are documented and updated on a timely basis.
