My life work is to cultivate and foster transformations for a better future, grounded in a learning culture. I have honed my skills, developed my leadership point of view and studied organizational dynamics in small start-ups and complex mature organizations, in non-profit and for-profit sectors, through formal education and through experimentation. With agility, systems thinking and empathy I have built and delivered numerous change enablement programs focused on people, process, tools and culture. I thrive in the spaces that call us to think differently. I create safe and inclusive environments for collaboration. I challenge teams to continuously discover better ways of working together. My tool set includes: transformation leadership, intrapreneurship, innovation and design thinking, complex facilitation, team development, strategic planning and business operations, inclusion and diversity, program management, problem solving, agility, adult learning, event production and communications. The Starbucks Technology Center is an innovation in early-in-tech talent development. Located in Scottsdale Arizona this office houses our year-round Starbucks Technology internship program. In partnership with ASU, we\'re providing unique real-world experience to talented students by integrating them into existing development and operational teams. Catalyzing Agility in Teams (CAT).meets teams and leaders where they are. Engagements include agility assessments, intro-advanced classes, customized coaching, process improvement, large-scale retros & an innovative Scrum Master Apprenticeship, which has had a 100% success rate helping experienced Starbucks partners (employees) gain the credentials and hands on experience needed to start a Scrum Master career. The Strategic Events program.designed to maximize and optimize events that teach, connect and provoke new ideas across Starbucks Technology, and with our key partners in technology delivery.
