My career journey began as the owner and operator of a successful dance studio business for 11 years, where I managed all aspects of operations: P/L responsibility, cash flow management, cost control, vendor negotiations, payroll, and growth initiatives that expanded revenue and built a loyal customer base. This hands-on entrepreneurial foundation gave me invaluable insight into running a business from the ground up—skills I now leverage to bring a practical, owner’s perspective to complex automotive finance challenges. Transitioning into the automotive sector, I progressed through progressive roles, honing technical accounting skills while gaining intimate knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, fixed operations profitability, and industry-specific metrics.
