AG Biologics is a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). • Instrumental in the setup and design of processes and procedures for the recruiting function within the Talent Acquisition department. • Partner with department leaders and senior executive leadership to evaluate hiring needs and determine appropriate job descriptions. • Develop and implement talent acquisition recruitment strategies and targeted hiring campaigns. • Successfully recruited at all levels throughout the organization to support the following business units; Supply Chain Management, Engineering (maintenance, reliability, automation, calibration, CAPEX projects, facilities, process engineers and site heads), Project Management, Human Resources, Validation, QA/QC, Research and Development Scientists, Finance, IT, Global Engineering, Global Supply Chain and Process Development. • Instrumental in the launching and training of TA team members, administrative support, external agency partners, and hiring managers on AGC Biologics newly launched ATS, Green House. • Successfully filled 283 open roles since June 2020 with the acquisition of our Boulder and Longmont, CO facilities; averaging 15 placements per month, almost doubling and far exceeding the KPI’s of 8 placements per month. • Drive the successful recruiting process by leading weekly Hiring Manager and Leadership meetings, conducting debrief sessions and demonstrating exemplary negotiation skills. • Collaborate with HRBP’s and Leadership on both current and future workforce planning hires. • Instrumental in staffing two newly acquired CO manufacturing facilities in extremely tight and demanding timelines. • Built and maintain exemplary partnerships with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and candidates. • Work with a sense of purpose and drive to meet or exceed all timelines. • Provide consultative recruiting advice and strategic initiatives based upon 23 years of experience in the industry. •
