Commercial lending and structured finance attorney. I began my career as outside counsel to arrangers, administrative agents, lenders and borrowers in syndicated and single lender, cross border, and multi-currency credit facilities and recently transitioned in-house to focus on lender/agent/arranger side representation in syndicated and leveraged lending. Representative deals in my law firm practice ranged from lower middle market acquisition and sponsor-related finance transactions to workouts and investment grade unsecured credit facilities. Meaningful experience working with and studying Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and related secured transactions.
