   At Simplus, we are underdogs. HR drives company culture, employee benefits and perks, and provides guidance on all things HR-related. Oversee entire HR function and report directly to CEO. Provide guidance to upper management on HR-related policies, procedures. Implement HR system, coordinate closely with Operations team on ticketing system. Worked closely with insurance broker to analyze employee benefits package and make modifications to ensure it is competitive, sustainable, and affordable. Conduct employee training and create new processes for managing requests for employee changes. Sit on 401(k) committee and work closely to train employees on our 401(k) process. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR. Oversee and coordinate all immigration and visa requests with the help of outside counsel.
