   Lead remote shared services team of Payroll Manager, HCM Manager, Payroll Specialist and three Payroll Coordinators to process weekly payroll for 3,500 plus exempt and non-exempt healthcare employees across Indiana. Supervise, empower, and develop payroll team through weekly meetings, daily communications and training. Perform audits and reporting for weekly payroll processing. Communicate to third party payroll vendor and benefit vendors. Work closely with HCM Manager and benefits team to ensure compliance within the system. Run reports to fund HSA and reporting for GL. Monitor tax and garnishment correspondences and act as needed. Process out of sequence payrolls when required. Receive escalated payroll related inquires and work with all involved to find the best solution. Provide and conduct payroll training for new members of the HR team.
