Throughout my career I have excelled in all aspects of business administration and project management positions. I specialize in building meaningful relationships with stakeholders while elevating cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and accomplish goals. Whether it’s strategizing long-term plans, assessing trends and areas of improvement, or adopting more effective standards, I can deliver. My innate ability to analyze key metrics and business data to make informed decisions makes me an asset on any team. Combined with my experience in healthcare, startups, and consulting services, I continue to earn a positive reputation as a communicative, positive, and multitalented professional. I have what it takes to spearhead budgets and accounting duties that reduce costs and expenditures; recruit and train highly qualified personnel as a mentor and coach; and, maximize productivity and profitability using industry best practices. I currently serve in an administrative executive capacity and prior to that I thrived in medical practice consultancy roles where I helped physicians and administrators optimize patient care and service delivery. Handling projects from start to finish, I championed organizational development.
