Global WorkForce Software AdministratorResponsible for managing and maintaining the policies, systems and standards associated with capturing, calculating and processing time & absence functions globally. Work with local HR, payroll and finance teams to determine the ideal solution for time & absence management, with a focus on large manufacturing sites, and assist in the standardization and simplification of the rules which govern the calculation of employee\'s standard and exception time.
