I am an enabler and a problem solver. It is a pleasure and a profession. I solve the little problems that have started to look like one big problem and the complex challenges that look so simple at the beginning.I design solutions: solutions to problems that have and will cause issues; solutions that I can uncover through my research and analysis; solutions that create experiences.I save money because I work hard to understand a business’ situation and objectives and those of their customers. I design digital products that get to the root of those objectives and build layers of assistance and guidance on a deliberate, accurate foundation. I do not draw or tick boxes.I am a collaborative designer, working with team members, other teams, business stakeholders and customers. I am also sceptical and encourage debate, so my collaborations push for the right answers to the right questions. I take pride in my work, I want to make a difference so I take responsibility and lead a unified team.I have 20 years of experience across many industries: retail, publishing, healthcare, finance, government, education, TV subscription, travel.
