About Kathryn Donald Stanley

With over 25 years of experience as an organizational development psychologist, I have facilitated positive change in global for-profit firms, nonprofits, and NGOs. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Holonix Leadership and Organization Development, I lead a team of practitioners with deep expertise in psychological safety, executive coaching and presence, interpersonal communication, team dynamics, organization transformation, inclusive and remote workforce, and neuroleadership. Our mission is to ensure our clients reach their highest aspirations and overcome their toughest challenges.I am also an executive coach, an author, and an educator. I coach C-suite leaders and high potentials in HBS Executive Education Advanced Manager Program and other settings. I have written a management parable, Which Bird Gets Heard, and multiple publications on leadership and innovation. I am a visiting professor at Wellesley College and a former director and chair of the Organization and Leadership Psychology Department at William James College. I have created and facilitated workshops on authentic leadership and communication in high stakes, and developed several assessment tools, such as the Radical Innovation Readiness Survey and the Authentic Presence Inventory. I am licensed in Kantor\'s Structural Dynamics Baseline Instrument and other instruments, such as MBTI, TKI, and FIRO-B.
