Process Improvement and Best Practices- Identify opportunities for process improvement in project delivery - Implement and maintain best practices in project management and agile methodologies - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in project management6. Mentorship and Talent Development- Serve as a mentor to junior team members and emerging leaders - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities - Identify high-potential team members and create growth opportunities7. Student Outreach and Development- Participate in student outreach programs to attract new talent to the field - Develop and lead internship programs within the project delivery team
