About Kathryn Roessler
I am a naturally curious person that loves to find solutions to problems, am persistent, and thrives on change. My professional background covers process engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, and most recently the healthcare revenue cycle. I have learned from some of the most skilled lean practitioners and revenue cycle leaders, used what I have learned in practice, and now my passion is in coaching and spreading process improvement methods. I successfully transitioned from the automotive industry to the healthcare industry and demonstrated that I can apply my skills accordingly. I have effectively led teams globally while living in China and Germany. I strive to emphasize consistency through standardized work, communication, and transparency with the teams I work with. I have turned strategic objectives into operational improvements and can work with teams from different functions, see the entire value stream, and create connections between teams to improve business processes that lead to better quality and ultimately lead to lower costs.
