ABOUT KATHRYN HARDACRE
I have 20 years\' experience in the oil and gas industry, blending sub-surface coordination, production and exploration geology roles with global software design and delivery experience. I’m also passionate about developing talented technical professionals by understanding and leveraging their strengths. In both operated and non-operated environments, I have a track record of technical excellence and strong project delivery across a variety of geological settings, including HPHT. Providing technical foundations to both unitisation and divestments has given me wide commercial exposure, in both tax-royalty and PSC environments. Working in culturally-diverse, multi-disciplinary teams has helped me develop the communication skills necessary to represent my organisation with JV partners and government regulators. I\'m a vocal advocate for equality, inclusion and diversity within our industry.
