Manage payroll processing to ensure employees are paid promptly and accurately.• Ensure compliance with all state and local payroll tax requirements, reporting, and registrations.• Oversee the processes for garnishments and liens to ensure they are handled promptly and accurately. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, payroll, and benefits records.• Administer and manage benefits programs, including group health, dental, life, disability, retirement, and health & welfare (H&W) programs offered by The Rehancement Group. • Assist with the annual open enrollment process by collaborating with employees to answer questions and process enrollment files. • Support audits related to W-4s, W-2s, ACA, 401k, etc. • Prepare mid-year and end-of-year payroll compliance reports and reconciliations as assigned (EEO-1, 5500, ACA, etc.). • Assist in creating ad hoc reports, conducting research, and managing special projects as needed to support the organization\'s strategic direction.• Serve as the backup Unanet administrator. • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for payroll and benefits.
