Lead Project Teams in developing Job Specific Quality Plans. Review Construction Documents, Specifications, Shop Drawings, and Submittals with the intent to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.• Conduct Constructability Reviews of construction plans to identify challenges and incorporate lessons learned / best practices before construction starts. • Lead Pre-Installation meetings with Trade Partners to confirm Details, Scope and Materials. Work with subcontractors to develop and implement Trade Partner Job Specific Quality Plans. • Conduct Building Enclosure Coordination Meetings to compile the expertise of Project Teams, Trade Partners and Design Teams to finalize details and reduce field conflicts. • Conduct Quality Site Visits to review, photograph and document work-in-place. Write reports for each site visit, providing directions / suggestions to correct improper installation. Track and analyze metrics for continuous improvement.• Education & Growth: Participate in industry events and educational opportunities to remain relevant and aware of current trends affecting construction and quality. Lead quarterly internal trainings for Project Teams to keep our quality culture fresh and present technical topics.• Expertise: General understanding of all construction elements with focused expertise in Building Enclosure, Concrete, Metal Framing / Drywall, Flooring, Life Safety Systems, MEP-FP, and Commissioning. • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for the Quality Management Program.
