A&I Avenues is the case management agency serving people with all disabilities in Boulder, Broomfield and Gilpin counties. The agency, born from the collaboration between Adult Care Management, Inc, the former single entry point serving these counties, and case management operations from Imagine, the former community center board also serving Boulder and Broomfield for over 60 years, launched officially on July 1, 2024. I am honored to serve as Co-CEO with Barb Wilkins-Crowder, who led ACMI for many years. I am also grateful to the years I spent at Imagine! helping to bring about this mandated change that has led to the flourishing of A&I Avenues.
