Currently I’m working as a AVP, Human Resources Business Partner at Radian where I spearhead full spectrum multi-location human resources operations and orchestrate all bottom-line factors to attract and retain best-quality talent and propel the achievement of organizational objectives. I develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, programs, and initiatives in alignment with the company’s goals and competitive landscape while working cooperatively with peer leadership team. It is worth mentioning that, I oversee all aspects of strategic career planning, staff recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation planning, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance functionalities. I act as a subject matter expert to conduct compensation plan reviews for all employees, investigate employee concerns and complaints, and process employee terminations. The following are highlights of my contributions to Radian: Drove excellence by providing HR support to multiple locations as well as functional departments across the enterprise and implementing industry best practices. Played an instrumental role in integrating three companies into one corporate culture through development and implementation of companywide initiatives. Ensured compliance with all HR laws and regulations by implementing a comprehensive compliance program, increasing staff awareness, and closely monitoring all the activities. Facilitated key human resources projects and resolved HR related issues by supporting executive management and senior leadership teams and establishing enduring relations all levels of employees. Resolved critical organization-employee issues by effectively integrating management goals and individual preferences, promptly addressing grievances, managing employee relations, and improving employee engagement.
