As a financial analyst for Equinix, I am empowered to partner with product leaders to create forecasts, budgets, and provide analysis. I work with both the revenue and the cost side of this partnership to expand my responsibilities and understanding of the business. I manage headcount planning and tracking for multiple teams and own the monthly financial close and reporting for my business partners.I am also very determined to develop myself outside of my daily work role. I am a Project Team Member for YoungProfessionalsConnect, and am responsible for planning networking and collaboration events for the members in our Tampa office. I am also an Ambassador for Equinix, where I push for more learning, more influencing, and more community building within Equinix. I am a mentor and a \"buddy\" to several newer hires to Equinix and enjoy sharing knowledge and setting others up for success.
