Develop and teach Just Ask Me (JAM), an expansive health education curriculum for grades 6-8 that meets all National Sex Education Standards and covers a variety of health and sexuality topics- Manage and train a team of peer educators, empowering them to become skilled public speakers and empathetic role models- Facilitate bilingual health workshops for parents of elementary and middle schoolers on many topics, including social media, mental health, cannabis, child development, and having the talk(s)- Design and teach a Life Skills curriculum for grades K-5 during summer camp where students learn about identity, consent, healthy relationships, digital safety, and mental health- Teach health workshops for high schoolers in our Teen Program- Implement pop-up events and poster campaigns for World AIDS Day, Healthy Relationships Week, Mental Health Awareness Month, and Pride at our partner schools- Create pre- and post-surveys for JAM and adjust the curriculum based on this data to enhance the program’s efficacy- Lead staff trainings across sites and schools- Design parent brochures on social media safety and cannabis.
