About Kathryn Schierberl
I am a scientist who was born at the bench but found a second home in strategy. Here, I help shepherd science to the bedside – crafting clinical value propositions with commercial viability. My training in molecular and cognitive neuroscience has equipped me to uncover clinical insights, understand cognitive biases and unite the two to help provoke powerful behavior change. I\'ve activated HCP and consumer audiences in most therapeutic categories but am seriously steeped in oncology and have enduring enthusiasm for CNS and rare. I work tirelessly toward self-improvement – making it my personal mission to self-test, learn and iterate. I can work alone but think the real magic comes from co-creation. I believe that compassion is the foundation of the most helpful candor, courageousness is critical for creativity and curiosity is the most joyful way to spark connection.
