Kathy Sayko leads Prudential\'s Culture and Inclusion team as well as PGIM\'s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) office. As head of Prudential\'s Culture and Inclusion organization, Kathy and her team are charged with the design and execution of the culture change agenda of the firm, focused on executing with excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and advancing the strategy with conviction.As PGIM\'s Chief DEI Officer, Kathy and her team develop strategic inclusion initiatives, collaborate with PGIM\'s business heads and Human Resources on recruiting and retention efforts, and partner with leaders in the investment industry to advance equity and inclusion across asset management. The PGIM DEI team spearheads the Inclusive Leadership change management program, a multi-year global culture change strategy that instills new inclusive behavior habits for managers through training, practice, and accountability.Prior to joining Prudential Financial in 2011, Kathy was with JPMorgan Chase for 17 years, most recently in their Diversified Investment Banking Coverage group. Prior to that, Kathy held leadership roles in JPM\'s Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, and Loan Capital Markets businesses. She was deeply involved in talent and diversity efforts and was a founding member of the JPM Women\'s Efficacy Program.Kathy holds an MBA in finance from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a BS in computer science from James Madison University.
