She has over 25 years of experience effectively managing strategy, financial results, sales, branding, marketing, and operational efforts for various small and medium-sized businesses.Kathryn also conceptualized and led the initial development of Rozin University, an elite online educational certification academy for SIRA® (Suspicion Indicators Recognition and Assessment), Red Team Academy®, and Workplace Violence.Beyond her successes as the leader of Rozin Security and Rozin Technologies, Kathryn is passionate about transforming security into a respected profession led equally by women and underrepresented individuals. She hopes that by guiding profitable and valued security service and technology companies, she can encourage others to enter the field and build their paths to prosperity.
